Payroll Director (Full time)

Location: Edinburgh or Glasgow

Salary: £40 - £65k base plus 20% bonus and healthcare

In this fast-moving role, you’ll have the chance to enhance your leadership skills as part of our senior leadership team. You will be responsible for overseeing our payroll managers and supporting them in the delivery of their client portfolio. You will inspire, train and mentor our people and contribute to the development of our core proposition and position in relevant markets.

 Forging excellent working relationships, you’ll effectively respond to a variety of queries from senior management at our largest clients, as well as HMRC and government bodies. 

We will consider candidates with: 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership experience
  • 10+ years industry experience
  • Accounting, payroll or other financial qualification, such as ICAE, ICAS, ACCA, CIMA or CIPP

Payroll Manager (Full time)

Location: Glasgow

Salary: £30k - £50k plus service quality related bonus

Our Payroll Managers play a key role in our organisation with client delivery responsibilities and leading teams of executives. We support the development of our manager team by engaging them in strategic initiatives and supporting the development of a broader skillset.

We will consider experienced payroll managers with:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team management experience
  • Solid track record of successfully delivering complex payroll services at large organisations (2,500+ employees)
  • Accounting, payroll or other financial qualification, such as ICAE, ICAS, ACCA, CIMA or CIPP desirable but not required

In return, we offer an excellent base salary and bonus opportunities. High performing managers will be provided the opportunity to develop to senior positions within the organisation.

Payroll Manager (3 days per week)

Location: Glasgow

Salary: £30k - £50k (pro-rota) plus service bonus quality related bonus

Payroll Excecutive (Full or part time positions available)

Location: Glasgow

Salary: £18k - £30k plus quality related bonus

Our executives work as part of a team in processing a portfolio of client payrolls. This role will be suited to candidates who would like to develop their skills and career at growing payroll bureau. We would like to meet payroll specialists with experience in high volume processing and solid knowledge of payroll legislation, SSP, SMP, liaising with HMRC and working with clients. Experience using Sage Payroll and payroll or finance related qualifications and training are desirable.
